Full Time Vehicle Sales Consultant (New & Used)
 
Job Summary
GM Approved Dealership is seeking FT Vehicle Sales Consultant to sell both New & Used vehicles. We are looking for a personable and outgoing individual with a strong background in the auto industry. Must be self motivated and have excellent communication skills.
 
Full Time – Commission Based Employee
Monday-Thursday 8:30AM – 7:00PM            Friday 8:30AM – 6:00PM            Saturday 9:00AM – 5:00PM

Summary of essential job functions
·               Meet & Greet customers
·               Answer sales questions
·               Collect customers information (Application, Drivers Licenses, Insurance, etc)
·               Work with Finance Manager to start deal
·               Prepare vehicle for deliver
·               Assist with locking/unlocking vehicles each day
·               Assist with lot rearrangement (Frequently)
·               Assist Management with advertising (Newspaper Ads)

Minimum requirements
·                  High School Diploma or GED
·                  2 years Sales Experience
 
Preferred but not required
·                  Knowledge of Auto Industry
·                  GM Vehicles (Chevrolet & Buick)

Abilities required
·            Ability to complete assigned duties with a high level of accuracy
·            Independent judgment, analytical thinking, and resourcefulness in the resolution of problems and completion of moderately complex transactions
·            Ability to maintain the confidentiality of department and/or company records and reports
·            Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
·            Ability to work in an environment that includes constant interruption and the need to continuously evaluate workload priorities
·            Professional demeanor, which results in maximum customer satisfaction, using a positive approach and patience with all of the Company's customers (internal and external) and co-workers
·            Demonstrated good team behaviors
·            Good interactive phone and email skills
·             Ability to seek and implement solutions to problems in a team environment with the ability to work with a variety of personalities
